Our objective is to provide institutional quality real estate private equity, investment and asset management in sectors or markets where there is a lack of these services, low professionalism and therefore minimal competition. We have targeted the marina sector and the Italian market for the development of Endeavour's business.

- The Group’s* real estate service businesses manage more than €5.5bn of assets in Italy across some 10.000 properties. We manage assets in all regions of Italy and across all real estate sectors
- Through our marina investment vehicle we will be a first mover in the consolidation of the international leisure marina sector. We aim to own and manage more than 15 marinas within five years in the Mediterranean and Caribbean
- We are privately owned and independent
- We do not have in-house portfolios and are therefore not conflicted verses own balance sheet assets
- The Group* has institutional clients including the Bank of Italy and INPS, and, private clients including Fire SpA and Immofinanziaria Srl
OUR COMPANIES
Endeavour group businesses operate in the Italian private equity real estate and asset management sectors. We are setting up an Italian investment management business (an SGR) and a vehicle with our partners that will invest in leisure marinas in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
Our strategic partners Sovigest SpA and Marinedi SpA work with us in the Italian property management and marina asset management sectors.
