Marina investment management
Endeavour Marina Investment will acquire, develop, redevelop and reposition marinas and waterside real estate in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. The marina network will be asset managed together with our marina sector strategic partner Marinedi SpA.
The vehicle aims to establish a network of more than 15 marinas within five years. It will invest up to 80% of its capital in the Mediterranean and 20% in the Caribbean. Up to 25% of the vehicle could be invested in waterside real estate. The target portfolio gross value is circa €600m consisting of €450m of marina assets plus associated real estate of up to €150m.
Endeavour Marina Investment will be raising capital in the second half of 2010.
