Private equity real estate
Endeavour Capital Partners sources, structures and co-invests in real estate related opportunities with its partners. It mainly operates in European markets and is currently focussed on Italian real estate businesses and the marina sector. The acquisition strategy is divided into three areas.
- Purchase and or establishment of real estate investment and asset management service platforms in markets where there is a particular lack of professionalism
- Direct acquisition of both debt and equity connected to real estate. The strategy is "cyclical value investing" - entering markets at a low point in their cycles.
- Acquisition of listed or unlisted indirect real estate assets. The indirect strategy is "relational value investing", buying value shares/units and managing the position actively to assist management to reduce the discount between value and price.
