Sovigest is an Italian property management company which was established more than 20 years ago to provide best in class property management services to Italian institutions and public authorities. The team currently manages in excess of €5.5bn of property for clients including the Bank of Italy and social security department INPS. Sovigest has a team of 39 staff in Italy operating from offices in Milan, Rome, Perugia, Terni and Naples.  It also has an office with Endeavour in London.

Endeavour has made a strategic investment in Sovigest to reinforce its relationship with its property management partner in Italy. High quality property management is essential to Endeavour's asset and investment management businesses. Endeavour will assist Sovigest to present its business to the international real estate investment community.



The Marinedi SpA team has a strong experience in international marina design, development, engineering and investment. Its team set-up and managed the Italian state owned marina company, Italia Navigando, and grew it to a marina network of more than 20 operating marinas and marina projects. The team has operated in marina design, engineering and development in Europe, the Caribbean and North Africa.
