Endeavour Capital Group’s founder has had experience in raising, investing and managing capital in real estate and real estate related transactions in Europe. Prior to setting-up the Endeavour business, he has over the last five years been involved in deploying and managing more than €3bn of capital in direct and indirect investments, creating and running joint ventures, setting-up real estate operating businesses and raising capital in private and public debt and equity markets.
Emmanuel Bordignon, Founder
Emmanuel has been working in the European real estate markets in direct real estate opportunistic investing, fund and asset management for the last ten years. He has lived in Italy, France and the UK and been focused on the Italian property market since 2000. He has also invested in France and Germany. His previous workplaces include Cordea Savills (Milan and London) and Deutsche Bank (Milan and Rome) where he portfolio and asset managed in excess of €3bn of property.

Endeavour group businesses operate in the Italian private equity real estate and asset management sectors. We are setting up an Italian investment management business (an SGR) and a vehicle with our partners that will invest in leisure marinas in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
